Vintage Brevard pt 3

Greetings Brevard ! This old shot is anybody's guess - somewhere along Melbourne's Crane Creek, possibly down by where the current water filtration plant is on the south shore? Or maybe further down by Florida Tech? There's actually a few other photos with very similar scenes floating around (pun intended), and a few where you can tell it's the same boat, the "Bunny" !
