Vintage Brevard pt 6

Here's a great old shot of Cocoa looking North along Brevard Ave. Not much has changed in this part of town, except the names of the businesses. Most of the buildings are still there and in use -- Hard to believe there was a Piggly Wiggly right in the Mason's Building !! What's now the Cocoa Village Playhouse was formerly the State Theater, and you can just make out it's neon marquee. The other thing striking about this shot is the clear view of the river at the far north. Between the foliage and the huge condos today, that view is gone !!
